The GLOW UP Leadership Academy is a digital platform designed to equip girls and young women with the necessary resources and mindset to become confident leaders in their communities and beyond. Designed for ages 8–12, our programme focuses on cultivating leadership skills, building resilience, and helping girls discover their unique strengths. Through engaging activities, mentorship, interactive learning, and real-world confidence-building experiences, we empower girls to develop a strong sense of identity, voice, and purpose. Our goal is to create a foundation of courage, character, and leadership that will guide them through adolescence and into a future full of possibility.
Through a combination of workshops, mentorship programs, outdoor activities, and interactive learning experiences, the platform aims to foster a generation of empowered girls who are ready to tackle challenges and to make a positive impact in the world. The GLOW UP Leadership Academy offers a range of programs and services tailored to the needs of girls and ladies at different stages in their development journey. Our programs run year-round and can be accessed after school, on weekends, and during school holidays to accommodate the busy schedules of our participants. We also offer live workshops – in groups and one-on-one, customised to cater to the varying needs and interests of our girls.
Interactive workshops covering topics such as communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. These workshops will be led by experienced facilitators and will incorporate hands-on activities and group discussions.
One-on-one mentorship opportunities where girls can be paired with accomplished female leaders from various fields. Mentors will provide guidance, support, and inspiration as girls navigate their leadership journey. Nurture a community, a solid support system and a sisterhood that connects industry leaders from all fields of expertise with female orphans to close knowledge gaps, for skills acquisition, and to maximise their full potential.
Opportunities for girls to engage in community service projects and make a positive impact in their local communities. This will help instill a sense of social responsibility and empathy in the girls while allowing them to practice their leadership skills in real- world settings.
